MTNL / Landline with broadband
Landline dead for near a month

Hi All,

I have already complained multiple times to the MTNL - Mira Road (East) branch but found no response from their side.

The details of the complaints are as follows :

Complaint no.1 : Date : 30/4, It was filled with the help of message for telephone no. 28107971 with Dkt. no "2421"

Complaint no. 2 : Date : 9/5, It was filled in the MTNL office itself of Miraroad East branch having complaint no. 9787

So I request you to please look into these issue and help us get the positive response from there side as this is hampering our work drastically.
