Dear Sir,
I mr Kawstubh Chaudhari Is suffering from a serious problem of internet download speed & customer care service of my internet provider MTNL. As due to poor quality of internet speed i filed a complaint for, with the complaint docket no. 1818 but no one has taken any due intrest in the complaint as rather has blamed us for our computer being virus prone or due to some internal fault in our computer.
As per the forums on internet the plan 495 provides the speed of 320 kbps which gives downloading speed upto 200 - 250 kbps but the fact there we r not even able to get the speed upto 20 kbps.
whenever reported for the same they just provide us some names n numbers of their respected employees who dont even have the knowledge of the internet plan.
Those people doesnt provide us any information and just direct us to another no. their customercare employees calls us now n then n asks us if internet is workin or not but no body helps us with rather download speed problem niether ther server department has helped us down. When gone to them they said they have problem in their server at that condition they cant help us.
I have a neighbour with same plan connected to his computer with appropriate speed of upto 250 kbps
Sir urging you to pls help us this complaint not only for me but even for other customers who dont know the procedure
pls sir a humble request.
