My landline number is 26514319. I have ssubsribed to "Unlimited Broadband usage" connection for Rs.999. For the last 1 month I have been facing a problem of frequent diconnection of the broadband service and there have been days when the connection has been non-existent. I have lodged a complaint with the 198 and 1504 helpdesk numbers on sevral occaions. i have personally gone and met the Sub-Divisional Engineer of the area I reside in and have even attempted to give a written complaint but everbody I met at the Broadband Service Department avoided accepting the complaint letter so apart from the dates of complaint and docket numbers I do not have any documentary evidence.
Kindly advice what I should do.
