Very bad custumer service

Hello,

this is prasad my complaint to MTS broadband service that they have very bad customer service, i bought this connection on 12/03 and since i have got connection i been called customer care more than 12times regards the speed of modem but they try to skip all the time and still now my problem haven't been rectified.
