I purchase the MTS data card, but your executive not provided the bill copy of it. I request him many times over the phone (Satish- 9900057037). He said will send through the mail. Also not given any offer bag to me for which one month has been completed.
Moreover, i am not satisfied with your MTS internet speed, which is very poor. Average internet speed is 50 to 60 kbs.
Regarding speed issue i have complaint many times (No. C12-47275667), but no action has been taken. I got very bitter experienced with MTS services from your sale team & customer care
