I have been facing slow speed issue with MTS. They promiss 3.1mbps but all I get is max 100 kbps. The net is so slow that 1 movie download shows as 1week to download. When we call customer care they say their technical team works 9am to 6pm only. This is the worst internet service provider I have ever seen. All they do is call at the begining of the month asking you to recharge the net and later no call or no help from anyone.
