My MTS Mblaze internet was barred on Tuesday - 14th December. the reason given to me was that the verification didn't happen. and the reason for the same of not happening is because they had updated my incorrect mobile number and email address. then a complaint for the same was raised with number 100800. it was never resolved. then last evening dated: 17th December at 11:44am i got a call from the following number - 919141155155 stating that the verification was done and my net is working. till date my net is disconnected. there has been several complaint numbers raised and the latest one is BEC7226 for the same. MTS India can only raise complaints and not resolve the problem. can someone please help me??? else i want to discontinue the services and i paid Rs.1800/- for the same and i want it re-funded.
