I would request anybody calling for mts blaze broadband please those people are the worst in services.

i had lodged a complaint on 23 june for network problem so they sent an hardware guy to rectify it which he told he is not aware about how to solve it as it was not his dept. and after some days i called up the call center to ask what happened to the complaint which i registered, they said that it is been closed. The customer was not informed about it and the problem still existed. THEN i was asked for a new complaint no to be registered so i did the same. after 4 days nobody came i need to call again what happened then they said we will be sending somebody from network dept. The network guy came and told a there is no problem in network as per his data recordings and then he started his mts then the speed was only 200 kbps so he said he needs to report to his seniors, so now its been almost 15 days to it also. so i have already lost one and half month tracking these guys to resolve the problem. so if possible if any body has the email id of the ceo or any heads of the company please let me know on [email protected]
