Pathetic Service from MTS

Dear Sir,

I had a nightmare with this company MTS MBlaze.

Recently, I recharged my MBLaze internet dongle for Rs. 999 on 13 Aug. However I couldnt activate my dongle. As such I called their customer service and to my amazement they do not operate on Saturday and Sunday. I had to wait till Monday, and on requesting them to activate the internet dongle, they started their technical jargon and insisted me to try again.

I tried again, but failed.

Finally, on 17th Aug they accepted my complain and said that they would return my money to my bank account. I checked out with them again on 19th to check the status, but they are such fools that they can't even trace my information and then after a while they confirmed that it is under process and I would receive the credit to my internet dongle. I had to again wait for another day but no results.

Finally, I e-mailed the Nodal officer and the Appeallate on 20th Aug, but these guys are so damn busy that they didnt even bother to revert back.

It's 23rd today and till date they havent confirmed anything about the credit or my money back.

I really want some very harsh steps against this company and such companies shouldn't be allowed to work in India.

They really dont understand the importance of customer service. I want them to feel the hassle which I have faced.

I am switching my vendor now, but before that I want this company to be shut down.

Please let me know what I should do to see this happen.

I have the copies of the e-mail.
