Had taken the data card one month back. It worked for one month with downloading speed of 15-20 Kbps and they say that downloading speed will come at least 500 Kbps. And it's not working fine now. I tried to call CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 50 TIMES, NO ONE PICKS PHONE OVER THEIR. FINALLY, I CALLED SALES GUY FROM WHOM I HAD TAKEN DATA CARD. HIS NAME IS ALOK AND HE STANDS OUTSIDE ACCENTURE NEAR BELENDUR. HE TOLD MTS DOESN'T HAVE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. WTF IS THIS. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE PROBLEM FROM HIM, HE TOLD I HAVE TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN. WHEN I HAD TAKEN THE CARD, I HAD SUBMITTED COMPANIES HR SIGNED LETTER. NOW THEY WANT EITHER DRIVING LICENCE OR PASSPORT. NOT EVEN PERMANENT ADDRESS PROOF WILL WORK.

IF THIS WAS THE CASE, WHY THEY HAVE SOLD DATA CARD? WHY HAD THEY NOT TOLD THE SAME IN THE STARTING ITSELF?

I HAVE PAID RENTAL OF 1000 BUGS AND I HAVEN'T GOT MTS SERVICE FOR NOT EVEN A SINGLE DAY.

EITHER I WANT MY MONEY OF DATA CARD BACK WITH MONTHLY RENTAL OR DATA CARD ACTIVATION WITH ONE MONTH FREE SERVICE AS I HAVEN'T GOT SERVICE FOR THE MONTH I HAVE PAID.

FIRST OF ALL, THEY DON'T HAVE CUSTOMER CARE, THEN THEY PROVIDE 15-20 Mbps SPEED AND THEN THEY BLOCK THE CARD.

WHEN I ASKED FOR THE SOLUTION FROM ALOK, THEIR SALES PERSON. HE TOLD THERE ISN'T ANY SOLUTION. I WANT THE JUSTICE FOR IT.
