I had purchased MTS data card in the month of Aug. Everything went on well but after 2 months speed started to decrease. In the day time there will be no network coverage and at nights network coverage will be full but no connectivity.
From a month i am not able to view my balance, Check my balance functionality is not working at all. I have been calling the customer care daily but off no use. Those idiots put the call on hold for atleast two mins and they get back saying issove resolved. Customer care guys blame on device. When approached service centre they say network issued...
Any one planning to buy an of the MTS products please think twice...
