Dear Sir/Madam

I have taken MTS-Blaze in the month of Nov'11.Internet speed claimed by them is 3.1mbps. However they had provided maximum speed of 600 kbps in the first month. From 14th Dec to 30th Dec, connection speed was 30 kbps. So I requested them to cancel the service, but on 3rd of Jan'12 one of engineer from MTS came to my home and requested me to correct the issues. However, same has not happened so i requested them to take the dungle back and i dont want any service from MTS blaze. From 3rd of January to till date I have not used MTS blaze, but still they are sending me the bill for payment.

I am feeling really bad that i have to pay the money for the services which I have not used. So request you to look into the matter and try to help me.,
