Hi,

I have taken a MTS broadband connection (prepaid) and the data card number is 9141188542. MTS said that the speed will be upto 3.1 mbs and maximum speed I am getting is only about 500 kbps. I contacted customer service for help and every time they just gave some reason and not willing to lodge a complaint.

Today, 10th sept. 2010 at 10:30 am, I dialed their number and after waiting for 15 minute I got a lady who even does not know how to speak english. This is making me sick about MTS service.

I explain the problem, I don't whether she understood or not as she didn't even acknowledge about my issue.

As usual their first response, after 15 GB of usuage, speed will go down. This happen anytime you called them. I am very sure that I haven't crossed 15 GB. I have had enough of this explaination so i requested for a supervisor. To my surprise, she stop saying a word for aboout 4 minutes and she hanged up the call.

I am not calling them again as it will take another 20 minute to reach them.

Please take up action against this company for making false assurance about the speed and misrepresentation of their product. To be specific, their ad says unlimited download for 999. This ad mislead customer and only trying to earn extra money by cheating people.
