I have purchased a MBLAZE pre paid and broadband data card in June. I hardly used for 6 months also. On 31st December i have recharged the data card with Rs.1298 and the validly period was up to 30 th
Jan. But the data card got connectivity issue for which the following complaints were (MTSCOMPL) made for last two months.

I have contacted the customer care centre, Delhi more than hundred times and spent huge amount to contact them through the phone number 9141955955. Every time I called I waited not than 20 minutes.By doing the person working under custom care centre go through every details of the Data card and close the compliant without solving the problem. It is already two months over and by keep on calling them they have sent their senior engineer to solve the problem. But, there is no solution at all I want to return the MTS Data Card and also compensation for all my effort and heavy lose. Kindly guide me at the earliest. I have no faith in MTS any more.
