WRONG BILL GENERATION

Ihave purchased a broad bond device of mts on 14/05.which was defective and confirmmed by company's service engineer.on 15/05 they given this device to company's service centre and delivered after removing the defects on 2/06.after wards a received a bill for that period. on 05/06 a have make a complaints for the same mr rahul (customer care centre) have assured to waive the bill.on 10/06 when i again contacted for the same mr ranvi senior to mr rahul has again confirmed the same.but 21/06 onwards broadband is not working.they people tell that bill not deposted.again 22/06 mr hemant, me balvinder on 24/06 confirmed the same but till date broad band is not working.
