Hi, this is ranjeet singh from panipat. this is to inform u that i had purchased a mts high speed broadband data card for internet purposes but this is proved to be totally wastage of money. copmlaints regarding the connectivety were lodged with the company on 3/08 wide complaint no.1323 and again reminder on 14/08 wide complaint no.2367.but till date there is no solution to the problem. Any time of the day, when u call the nodal officer no.which is 9138-355-355 for comlaint there is a computer generated voice who ask u to dial between 09-30am to 06-00pm insted of answering the call. please help
