Dear Sir,

I am anxious too much for the service of MTS Broadband.

Myself Siddhartha purchased a broadband connection from MTS and my internet no is 9135472881 but sorry to say that this is one of the poor service I used ever.

To activate Internet connection I produced my documents four times to the concerned office and they missed the documents every times. When I enquire about the progress of my documentation they have told me that we unfortunately missed up your document and you have to produce ones again the said document. This one of the irresponsibility by a reputed co. I did not see ever in a service provider telecom co. This type of negligence forced me to go to the consumer forum

Please help me or suggest me the next course of action.
