Sir/mam,

i am syed, i have taken mts broadband connection 2 months before, mts had given a offer of free 15 days usage of 15GB, they said it will be speed upto 3.1Mbps. i used to get upto 1.7 Mbps. after free usage offer. i reacharge for 999 unlimited plan on 8/07/10. they said upto 15GB usage the speed will be upto 3.1Mbps. after 15GB it will be 100Kbps. from the day of recharge. i am getting speed not more than 100 to 300Kbps.even though network is full i am not getting speed. i have given lots of complaint even though they have not given any response . they say they will check but no response comes .i have called up mts coustomer care ph no-9141955955 but no one recieves the call. i have to simply be on call upto 15 minutes .simply wasting money. pls help me .mts cheats people by giving wrong information.not proper service. i have wasted my 10 days because of this. i am planning to take ather connection. please do something . my ph no - 9036838854, my mts no - 9141958412, please take some action on this fake mts broadband service. thankyou
