Using of data card in my name or fault of your company staff

Dear sir

I (Sonu Prasad) am using your mobile connection, but in last 15 days i got 3 calls in my alternate no 917699580512, that my MTS Modem balance is limited and i have to recharge as soon as possible but i am not using mts modem or any data card. so its my humble request to yoy that please look at the matter as soon as possible.
