I have purchased a MTS data card on 19/01 from oracle communication fariapukur shyambazar. The person had recharged me a coupen of Rs700/- and told me that the validity for the coupen is 6 months. In coupen itself it os been printed 6 months validity. But just after 2 months the recharged card got expired. I complain about this to the cocerned person. But he just avoided me and told me that the card is on use from October. But thing is that i purchased the card on 19 th January i.e nearly after 3 months after that. It had clearly suggested that the day i recharge the card is the day the validity starts. How can the validity start without the coupen being used. I have asked the person regarding this, but he just avioded me. Secondly i had an offer of a REEBOK shoe from this data card. I have conformation mail from the company. Now they are telling me that i will not get the shoe, without any reasons. Please HELP ME.
