I am using M balze mobile 3.1 mbps internet service, which I purchased four days ago. Itr was tols that it is broadband and will be at high speed. But I am getting only 35 to 48 KBPS. It is much less than other service provider non broad band service which comes to 128 KBPS. Are they cheating the custome... company said 300 to 400 kbps download speed...
