I have purchased one MTS Data Card on 07.09.2011 from Pinzpc shop as per attached details but after 10 days is it not working after that I called customer care they told that my Kit has blocked by the customer care due to documents not yet received I have already handover all the documents to the shop keeper then again yesterday (Sunday) again I have submitted all the documents to the shopkeeper but till today it is not working it is my humble request if it is clear within two hours then I will be oblige to you but if it not just I am going to consumer forum to deal the matter because it is not my fault to stop it is the problem of the shop keeper and the MTS company so this my request I have attached my details.
