Greetings!
This is to inform you that I have a connection of MTS Broadband under the name of Vikas Sharma and the connection number is 8104045974..I have been informed by the executive who have provided me the modem and connection that my connection is discontinued because of the wrong varification.
But; the truth is that; no one called me up for varication; more over no one reach at my home; I have given all the documents and address proof; but it was shock to know that they are saying that I have not meet at home; I have requested them to reach at my home and meet me immediately; but their way of behavior is so disgusting and their is no solution from their side.
In fact I have got a great mental harashment due to their poor service; I can not able to sending all my official mails for which I am facing a great finacial loss also.
You are requested to look into the matter personally and do the needful; so that no other cunsumer will be cheated by those frauds.
