i am col prabhat, i have taken mts broadband connection 2 months before, mts had given a offer speed upto 3.1Mbps. i used to get upto 0.5 Mbps. i reacharge for 999 unlimited plan on 11/08. it is prepaid. shopkeeper says to contact customercare. customer care gave one number, no one attends and no seperate number of complaint is granted inspite of contacting from last 15 days. pre paid period lasted last months without full utility and this month also 4 days gone with no utility. 161 sec 1 pkt 1 dwarka new delhi comp no given on present discaharge is 3898 dt 11 aug.
