DATA CARD very very slow download speed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased one MTS DATA CARD 3.1MBPS last six months, when i was purchased, i activated unlimited plan Rs-999/-, the bandwidth downloading speed will be going to 150kbps to 300kbps but nowadays it will be going to 10kbps to 20kbps. The normal mobile phone GPRS also the same KBPS. If your network going to this means, you will loose one customer and i should not use the MTS DATA CARD.Please call me and rectify the problem, i'm waiting for your reply.
