Please see that i purchased a mts data card from MTS on 5th
of september. At first the company authorized dealer
duped me by charging me for the premium model but giving me
the ordinary model which is not compatible with my mac os. I
complained it to mts complaint on SE-5055 dated 05 sept
2010 but till date they have not responded.
Though i was still working on the data card as it was
working fine under windows hoping some resolution one day.
but after 20th sept the broadband also shut down. I asked
for the reason & they said i need to do a re-charge as
my balance was over. I subsequently re-charged it by rs 250
but again it didnt work i was asked that i should get it
re-charged by rs 999 but again the same problem. the
broadband signal still didn't work..
I am complaining almost every day & they issue me a
complaint no one after another. I even complained the matter to trai twice but they also seems to be deaf & dumb Like mts. It seems trai (Telecom regulatory authority of india) is also a useless created body with no powers & no intentions to check such fraudulent co's.
This mts is big fraud & i advise all people to stay away from it
