Hello sir,
My prepaid MTS modem is not working since 11th november I had filed the complain on the same day after the recharge of 999/-. Costumer care centre is not responding me properly, not even sending the technician to repair the problem & today it is 19th november till date there is no progressive growth. I accept some major steps to be taken from your side as the similar costumer care case had happened with me for nokia & by the end I got my mobile in damaged condition.
Kindly take the appropriate action soon.
