I puchased MTS data card on 29th of june and facing problem in speed (60-70kbps surfing n 9 kbps downloading against expected 3174kbps surfing n 1843kbps downloading).
i complained to customer care (complain nos. JUL16201 of 6th july AND JUL24118 of 8th july) and they just without solving my problem, said its resolved.
Still there is same problem.
What should i do now.
It costs around Rs.750/- per month and by 20 days they have already wasted my Rs.500/-.
I dont really get so much time to roam around behind them.
So please help me somehow as being a student, i really dont get much time for all this complains.
