this is chaitanya bhandari from pune. I have purchased one wireless internet dongle of MTS company. we had made a recharge on it in the month of january of 599/-, but we did not get ant recharge. we have made it from a retailer through internet. we called customer care of MTS and launched a complaint but they closed complaint without solving it. we want our recharge back. what to do now? can you help? Please!
