Failed transactions that have been deducted from my account of SBI, had a discussions with tech process as well but they asked to contact you as they have already done the payments. Its been more than a month still the amount has not been deposited in my account, you promises customers regarding the same within 7-10 days. They even havent share their contact details in their website.
