I had purchased an MBlaze Mobile Broadband USB Modem from MTS M DN 9141958906 and had recharged it for 6GB validity period of six months on 26th May On payment of Rs.3588/-. On July 5th after only 40 mins and about 50 KB of usage (as per the connection log) I am told by MTS customer care that I have used up all the 6GB. When I asked them the details of the usage they have no answer and give me a complaint no. JUL and tell me on 6th July that within 8 hrs. my account will get activated. That does not happen and calling MTS today on 7th July I am told that the complaint is closed and that we have nothing to talk about. I feel that MTS are cheats and are blatantly cheating customers like us and they should very much be taken to task.
