Hi,
I planned to register for a paid membership in Bharat Matrimony (Tamil matrimony) portal to avail their service for groom search. But i've got a call from Mudaliyar Matrimony which is a subsidy of Bharat Matrimony to register in their portal as it is a copy of Bharat Matrimony. Trusting their words, i paid an amount of Rs.3400 and took a premium membership for 3 months. But after registering i found that more than 1500 profile were missing in Mudaliyar matimony. Hence i feel cheated for the service which they promised to do.
Kindly consider my complaint and take necessary action, also if possible help other customers in not opting for this service.
