I am K.S.R Murty from Raipur have played a online lottery on MYPLAYWIN website thru ITZ cash card on 15th Aug'2008 and i have won 1st prize in 8 spot Keno of Arunachal Pradesh Govt . subsequently i have submitted the claim in prescribed format of Arunachal Pradesh Govt. to my playwin office at Worli Mumbai the claim settlement officer is Mr. Vinay Saraf. After the submission of the claim i am continously sending the complaints to Myplaywi office for not getting my winning amount of 3.5 lakhs. Till date they are not settling my amounts. Kindly look in to the matter and file my complaint against Myplayankwin. I am also sending the leagal notice to the company. As it may be big scam of around 100 crore to 200 crore as every day lot of draws were there in KENO and As per my communication of Myplaywin officers they have informed me that they have not settled any claim of any body since 2008 Aug it means MYPLAYWIN and Arunachal Pradesh Govt. are holding this entier money of common Public who have won high tier winning. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE STEP ON THE MATTER AN GET ME THE JUSTICE
