I had ordered for a dinner set of Anjali steel, from Naaptol (order no: 1974438) after reading the advt in newspaper on 18th June. however after following up with them they said that the product is out of stock and the delivery would be deayed. However i received the delivery on the 1st of August ie after approx one and a half months only for me despair, that after paying 2298/- when I opened the parcel the dinner set that was inside was of cheap quality and of some company with name Buffet Set.
When I called the customer service to complain, no one is listening to what i have to say and they only ask have you got 42 pieces in the set, and say that it is the same product that you asked for.
What i have to say is that i have paid for a brand named Anjali and the set given to me doesnt have the name on the box or the vessels, and to top it the quality is also very cheap. Moverove the knife set that was a gift inside is of again a cheap quality and the wooden board and scissors missing.
Customer service is not listening at all, when asked for a manager call back no one calls back, no one is bothered, customer service advisors are rude, dont give right information.
I want my money back as i am not ready to pay 2298/- for a cheap quality steel that can be bought in any market for a lesser amount
Horrible experience with NAAPTOL and will never ever buy nor recommend it to anyone.
Moreover if i dont get this resolved I will have to take it legally.
