Dear Sir,
I am a Medical Specialist working at Shivpuri. I have two net connections.
My connection located at new block shivpuri (406020) is not working since last 13 days. I made complaint against this to Shivpuri office. Second time I myself talked Mr. Achal Officer I/c about the problem. He promised to lookafter this problem.
Now he is neither available at his office nor he is lifting his mobile no.
(8305513916). I am putting this complaint to you through mail.
If my problem is not solved with in 24 hrs than I shall be bound to go in court & since my net is not working since 13 days hence no charge should be taken from me till it is repaired with my full satisfaction.
