Snl haridwar BBand not working

My Broadband (250357, opp Rly Stn Jwalapur -Haridwar) has not been working for the last 5 days. I tried to lodge complaints on their Telephone nos 251000, 250300 and 200333 but there is no one to attend on these telephones. )

We are really very unfortunate to have this BSNL BBand. I therefore request you to please look into above and disband the above Complaint telephone nos. from your directory as there is none to attend these telephones.

Is there any in BSNL Haridwar to attend to our complaint and set the Murda (dead) BBand to life.
