Before 2 months i had ordered exportersparadise.com for a CD with the database for Enlargement of Sales for the International Market.
After i submitted the query next day i received the Call from Ms Kavita, confirming my address...
Since the next day i got calls from thier side giving me the POD / Docket number for the Courier
After 3 days i received the call from Courier Office saying that your COD parcel is with us please collect it..
i ddin't go the first day as i was outstation..
Next day from morning 10 am to 1 pm i received 25 calls from courier office i did'nt receive it
After an hour the courier person directly came to my house with the parcell
He explained me that the Party is sitting in Couriers Delhi Office and has complained that your courier service for Dhule is useless as we have sent medicines and the person is not delivering it to our client.
Ms Kavita even gave badwords to the Courier boy as she took the number from Delhi office (I was standing with the boy that time)
After an hour she told me that ur id will be generated & our specialists will ring u next day
since that day my office A/c manager is calling them, Sending mails but there is no reply
