This is a complaint against M/s. NIVYAH, a Broadband and Internet Lease Line Service Provider, Mumbai, a Company nothing less than a disreputable small hang out with a Zero value competence and reliability. The most deficient and substandard after sales services and underprivileged customer care rendered by M/s. NIVYAH, which has caused extensive financial indentation.
We have applied for connection and paid for whole year package. after installation within week time connection was in problem or say signal was not available. we have complain about the same to NIVYAH. executives replied that service provider is not available in Mira Road. i have used it for week and no reply for my complain from NIVYAH. after long time they replied that money will be refunded to us but it also 6 month passed but no call or any correspondence from NIVYAH.
Pl consider matter as such people are making fraud and cheat to customer and requested to take necessary action
