FRIENDS, THIS IS A REAL STORY OF CONNECTING INDIA COMMUNICATIONS, IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY RUN BY A FRAUD BUSINESSMAN MANISH VERMA. AT THE STARTUP OF THIS COMPANY MANISH VERMA HIRED A PERSON AAMIT GOYAL FROM TATA COMMUNICATIONS FOR 18 LAKH ANNUAL PACKAGE LAST YEAR IN DECEMBER.

MANISH VERMA WAS NOT CAPABLE OF PAYING LACS OF SALARY, SO HE STARTED PLAYING POLITICS FOR AAMIT GOYAL FROM THE DAY 1. AND SEE THIS MAIL WAS SEND BY THE COMPANY CEO ON MAY 28 TO FIGURE OUT THE AAMIT GOYAL.

Minutes of the meeting on 28/5

1. Company ID Card for all the CI employees. Visiting cards required urgently for technical and sales. Except the office staff. Responsibility given to Mr. Laxmi. Deadline for fulfillment is 3/6.

2. E-mail ID to be created for all the employees of CI. Responsibility given to Kapil. Deadline by 30/5.

3. Landline connection to be given for employees for office use only. Responsibility to be taken by DK for installation. DK please discuss with Manish Sir.

4. Entire Sales team to get cellular connections. DK please allot available SIM to sales guys. Kindly explain them the plan as they can use CUG NW to communicate within the team. They can also make limited calls to customers if urgent/required. All sales follow-up calls to be strictly made from office landlines.

5. Proper workstations are very important for employee productivity. There are 3 desk-tops functional at the moment. Sales team is instructed to make best use of resources available. Everybody should have individual folders with daily reporting system.

6. Management has taken some important decisions regarding sales hierarchy. We need to have a common understanding that at present CI has a very small but efficient team. We all have to be self motivated leaders and have to drive the company putting all our hard efforts. Management has taken a decision that entire sales team will report directly to Amit and parallel to Neelam Mam. There will be no manager in-between.

7. Each member from sales team including Amit will send following individual weekly reports on every Saturday to Neelam Mam;

- Collection report

- Sales funnel

- Order booking status

8. Management has sent a mail for sales meeting on 25th. There was no reporting from Amit. We do not want to see regular funnel formats. We wanted a consolidated picture on actual sales till date and sure churns/new customers for current qtr. If any particular enterprise account reflects in funnel without closure for more than a month., Amit will have to personally accompany sales team and follow-up with customer. Management is very serious about individual sales targets from each employee including Amit.By end of current qtr. each employee will be credited for his/her efforts.

9. For AMJ management is not getting any satisfactory reports from sales team regarding closures. Management will not accept that entire sales featuring on Funnel will come in 1 day ie.30th june. Amit please take this seriously as this is a big concern.

10. Mr. Laxmi will take the prime responsibility for collections as already, this responsibility was given after last meeting & till date we have not received satisfactory response. Each sales employee will handover new collections, if in cash to Neelam Mam & cheques should be deposited in the bank on the same day. Post that Mr. Laxmi will follow-up with customers for recurring payments and deposit the cash to Neelam mam on same day & deposit cheque in bank on the same day. Mr. Laxmi is given 15 days notice for collecting pending payments. Post that management can take extreme action. All the refunds have to be cleared by 15th june by Mr. Laxmi and a final report has to be send to management.

11. Management has also taken a decision to recruit 1 pre-sales person to support sales team. Both retail/enterprise sales guys should target potential customers and take pre-sales guys on sales calls for technical verification/feasibility status. We need to reduce the number of non-feasible sites/service returns due to technical problems. DK please take charge of same.

12. At past it has been observed that employees have taken leaves without written notification. Amit/ Laxmi/ Gangotri have recently taken leave without informing. Kindly send leave applications on mail to one in advance to Neelam Mam except in case of emergencies no leave will be sanctioned if not applied in advance. Pl note that Saturday is a working day for all employees.

Dear Sir,

At the outset thanks a lot for giving the great fruit of last 6 month hard work and a decision which I had taken after seeing the lot of energy and hope in CIC, that also based on the relationship between you and me and leaving the industry and coming a tier 3 city like Dehradun, otherwise I was enjoying a happy life in TCL with promising carrier and secure money, otherwise I could have very easily settled in another MNC if I wanted to do the same.

I hereby resign from the role of Sales Head with one month notice to do the handover, as finding lot of anti Aamit Goyal activities going on right from the day one.

I want to do some submission on the below mail before leaving CIC, as feel I have remained silent for quite long and have never indulged into mail writing or backbiting.

Sir, before my joining, the very next day of Diwali (otherwise Sir, what as the reason for me to drive from Chandigarh to Dehradun right on the next day of Diwali that also on my own car to which I was not supposed to get any claim, the same was the tour to Delhi to meet Dr. Aditya and Shimla to meet Mr. Malhotra). Don’t know what is the reason behind the same that why every time such a issue is created out of the new move that also without any reason and backbiting and making stories that Aamit has done this, Aamit has done that.

After a successful ending in DJFM 10-11, after facing the issues of resources, weather let be manpower / technical team / resources in terms of infra / sitting / the basic things like water, proper seating / machines, salaries to employees, Sir I am not talking about salaries over here as I did not joined the hands with you for money, as I know money will automatically flow once we are in shape and have full confidence in you as individual for these petty things, as money comes last for me, for me the current outstanding on salary part alone is more than 6 lacs and what I have got till date in 6 months is only 2.45 lacs.

Every time the numbers / reports and other things have been projected in a wrong / under projection, weather it is a report of the DJFM 10-11 (113 Mbps to 34 Mbps ) / installed base for the retail (50 to 21), Sir I want to know the reason behind such wrong projections / talks, is it a move to create gaps between two off us or I don’t know what the intentions are.

Sir, you also know it was me who introduced DK / Udhay / Lakshami / Ram to this organization who at the end of the are acting a pillars to the organization, it was me who introduced and put the Bullar on stake of our company, otherwise we would have died, as had and have confidence in you, then why this is happening Sir, why are you keeping silent on the same.

Every time issue is made on reports and they are sent on time, you can check Neelam and my mail boxex, if it is a failure on the part of mailing solution then it is not my fault and if the reports are so important then why Neelam does not come to office on regular basis, sit over there and extract the same from the system, it is justified in the corporate culture to wake up after 10 days and start blaming for certain thing and that also in my absence, where she was when we were facing head from the customers when they were down because of Jhadipani going down for 3 times, why there no presence being felt from her side.

Sir, has Neelam tried to sit with Laxmi and tried to understand that the complete retail collection has been done except 2 clients and 8 non working clients, if somebody comes to office after 10 days that also unannounced and expects the things, then I am sorry, she need to mend her working style.

Sir every time I have gone on leave, have shared my travel plan with you personally and taken your consent before leaving and always available on phone for discussing anything urgent / non urgent and get in touch with my team and technical team, hope you have full confidence in me and my strengths, as per my understanding nobody in the organization is above Chairman, what I feel is there are activities from Neelam side to control the things and take parallel control to which after seeing resistance from side these kind of activities are happening.

If after having DK and Aamit in the team there is a need to have a pre sales person in the organization, who are considered pioneer in the industry, then I must say Neelam does not either understands the things or wants to fit in someone close to her, it is the most unwanted call which any professional will take as a last step, we are not able to hold for the current structure financially and talking about enhancing the team.

This mail below which is marked to each and everybody, even to lowest level person in the organization is the most frustrating thing, as I am getting a impression that I am getting a directive mail from some who does not understand the corporate culture and the ethics of mail writing, clearly shows the sabotage on the moral of the company.

My seating plan was changed without intimating me and was allocated a normal seat, still I kept mum as not bothered about such petty things, Sir does this happens in any organization, that a person who is allocated a separate chamber is given a normal seat, and she herself retained the master seat of the Sales area, what the intentions are, things are clear I hope.

Sir my last line control such activities in time, otherwise if free hand is not given even to Sales Head, then it is tough to survive

My best wishes to you and CIC family and kindly let me know whom to do the handover, as far as my full and final settlement is concerned, I am leaving the things to you directly.

We will always be good friends and always ready to help CIC if you want, but there will always be regret in my heart about my decision of switching.

I hereby accept your resignation with immediate effect, you will be relieved from services by end of may 31st 6 pm today. Pls do handover of al your business leads and comapny assets to Mr DK Sharma.

Based on your mail below regarding F&F settlement the management will review your performance analysis till your leaving period and will let you know the final amount to be paid after all due considerations.
