If the winning money offered is not reached what action can we take?

Sir, as per your reply i contacted with the latest" updates and wpc ".the confirmed it . i followed the instruction and contacted "londoninternational bank"they too confirmed it as true.

MYquery. i was asked to pay clearance charges .i paid. customs duty also. after that if idon't get the winning amount how can i get it? who will take action?

to whom i have to complain? whether the companywill be responsible for that? please help me?
