I placed an order at http://infibeam.com on 2nd October and they promised the delivery to take place within 5-7 business days but there is no sign of it yet.

I t has already been shipped twice via Aramex couriers by the Infinium pvt ltd as it was shipped back without any reason last time.

My shipment is being Misrouted the second time as well.

What is more disheartening is that every time I call the customer care, they tell me the wrong delivery dates. I am fed up of waiting for the shipment. I want strict actions to be taken and this waste of time should be compensated.
