Hello Sir,
I have disconnected my broadband connection almost 3 months back. They should give the advance amount which I paid in 45 days.
Till now they didn't give the amount. I called up their customer care for more than 10 times and they always say that they will call back but they did only one time. At that time they asked me to wait 20 days. It been more than 40 days but no response from them.
When I was holding the connection I faced many issues and finally decided to disconnect. Now they are not giving my money back.
I am really frustrated with them. Please let me know how to proceed legally. No one else should face this situation ever.
