I was one among the oldest customer of Ortel Internet Service at Angul, Orissa. I discontinued the service in 2010 Dec, due to change of work place.
On returning again to angul I applied for reconnection in the month of October and deposited the amount, the receipt is still with me.
But here starts the tragedy for me. I did not get any connection. More over on calling to your angul office I was being behaved very rudely. And even threatened. Even after so many calls to BBSR office and mails I got no result. I consider these persons not better that thieves, who had stolen my money in the name of Internet Connection.
