Sir,

With reference to your complain to RBI I inform to you that from RBI have sent SMS to my mobile phone that all certificates is not issued from RBI and we do not holding your fund but I am in doubt about their reply because how RBI got my mobile no. Only V.K.SHARMA of RBI and DIPLOMAT PAUL PHILIP knew my mobile no. So the matter is very confusion.

I think any causes they refused about my certificates and my fund.

I would like to know it will be better if they refund my paid money 50, 000INR because I am a very poorman. I do not want my fund.
