In this world, its very hard to distinguish between cheaters and ideals due to too many fake comments misguiding you. same happened with us.
we bought unlimited reseller hosting (windows) from overlineindia.net
Initial we were not able to login into the control panel.
we started complaining their people through various medium, whatever was available but no fruitfull result.
We never got control panel workinng.
We had left old hosting services for new one and now this came upon us. As we were short of time and had no other choice, we renewed our old account.
additionally, it was just in 20 days that we had to ask for our money back and were expecting it to be paid in full. They even told us that our complaints were under process but nothing really happened. I now noticed that i am not the only one but there are many like us.
We never got to host even a single site. This was ridiculously awkward experience as generally the companies are good at the start atleast. but they somehow proved it sooner then anyone would expect.
If someone know of any solution as how to fight for this then please help me.
Either way, we are already planning to take some legal action but if anyone can have some usefull details then please contact me.
I will be pleased to hear from others sharing similar experience.
