I am user of oxigen. i signed a form for on line registration of YES bank. they deducted Rs 2500 from my account. on calling customer care they said it was service charge. how can they charge for a service not provided? they never

mentioned anywhere about this service charge. i am a smalltime businessman and i want my money back please help.
