Internet Connection not done

I had booked for Internet connection under the Plan of 256kbps. While the booking was made, the executive told me that my connection will be done within 7 days of submission of my requird documents and a Cheque as per the plan. Even after following up for several times with the connection status nobody turned up. Now its been almost 55days from the day i have given my documents and the cheque to this company. They have not even returned my documents. Please do the needful.
