I ALAGAPPAN.AM been regular customer for pay. TM few days back i had tried to recharge my BSN mobile 8883333644 for rs 61 X2 = 122 but unfortunately my transaction failed and my amount didnot refunded by pay.tn in spite of that they are sending me an mail that the problem as been resolved and they even asked me an statement after sending the statement also they didnot respond me and i even asked in which mode they have transefered the amount they are telling that the banker may not provide instant credit the amount they may take some time this every thing is lies why they are not adapting /providing customer care voice based protocol if they do not refund my amount then they will be draged to consumer forum /media/ or even will be raised this is with Finace Minister goverement of india and also i ensure you (pay.tm) that iam having proper record and even email letters please let me know the next step ofyou (pay. Tm)
