Not refunding the money

I have tried to make a transaction on paytm.com they are into online shopping, which provides a platform to recharge mobile phone online. I have made an attempt to recharge my phone using my credit card, but my transaction got failed and my card was charged with Rs. 500. I have sent several email to paytm.com at [email protected], but I am yet to receive any revert from them. They have not mention any number on which customer can reach them in case of queries. I feel hopeless and cluesless about whom should I approach for my refund of Rs. 500. I am writtting to you with a big hope that you might help me raising my issue to the concerned person at paytm.com and help me get my refund. Following is the transaction number for reference.
