Guys never buy from pepperfry. I tell you the reason I ordered a Prestige Omega Deluxe Fry Pan 240 mm with Lid from Pepperfry couple of weeks back. They sent me the product which was broken. On my complaint they arranged for a reverse pickup, during my complain I told them that I do not want the money back but the product itself and they agreed to it. Later I got a call from their customer care that they cannot send me the product but they will refund the amount as they do not have replacement policy and suggested me to place the order again. I placed the order again and today I got the same broken fry pan that I had sent back for replacement.
